Want to be your own coach?
Learn fundamental self-programming skills to prevent injuries and excel in your sport.
In a world where information is easier to access than ever, it’s challenging to get through the weeds and find science-based, up-to-date information. The Albert Approach LLC bridges the gap between science and application using athlete-centered learning.

Consults cover the “why” and “how” of self-programming. When purchased in a package (Six 60-minute virtual live sessions), athletes cover the fundamentals of self-programming and work with a coach to apply content to their goals. Consultations are ideal for athletes who learn and apply guidance and feedback. When purchased individually (One 60-minute virtual live session), athletes can choose the topic focused on.

Designed according to evidence-based practices and periodization, we can help you effectively strive toward your athletic goals. Pricing is dependent on session frequency, duration, and experience.

Mission & Values
The Albert Approach’s mission is to provide athletes and sports professionals with evidence-based and practical knowledge. We bridge the gap between peer-reviewed academic literature and athlete understanding by creating easy-to-follow information with ideas about how to implement these practices into your training or exercise program.
Our instruction is active and learner-centered because training for your goals is hard enough. We work to be a “guide on the side” rather than a “sage on a stage” to help individuals build their training toolbox, reduce injury risk and enhance performance while establishing life-long independence within their sports.
Athlete-Centered
Our individualized approach supports the athlete’s needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Evidence-Based
We instruct based on current, critically appraised research.
Injury Prevention & Enhanced Performance
Athletes will learn and understand performance constructs and how to prevent injuries relevant to their sport.
